How many people can the outdoor tent sleep?

Our glamping tent can include up to 4 twin cotts or two queen beds comfortably.

Can I reserve multiple glamping tents?

Yes! Depending on availability. You can check availability by requesting a quote or contacting us directly.

While each group has unique needs our most popular tent includes

Do you pitch at campgrounds?

Yes, we accommodate setup at designated campgrounds. But you must have special accommodations and site reservations in advance. We do not accommodate non-designated campgrounds on public land.

How much does delivery and setup cost?

Delivery and setup are included within 30 miles of Bend OR for orders of 1-2 tents. If the delivery location is outside of that area or you require more than two tents, add that to the notes section when you request a quote.

When do you set up and tear down?

Typically we set up by 3 p.m. and tear down by 11 a.m.. If your date is available we can customize those times to fit your needs.

How does bedding work?

We provide standard bedsheets, pillows, and light comforters in all seasons. During fall and winter, we provide wool and fur blankets upon request. If you want to make sure you are toasty, ask about our wood-burning stoves.

Can I cancel my reservation?

For weddings, retreats, and large celebrations, yes cancelation terms are included in the waiver and agreement.

For backyard events with 2 tents or less, You can receive a full refund if you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your booking date. If you want to cancel within 14 days of your booking date, the full amount paid can be applied to a different date.

What if it rains?

The canvas tent is 100% rainproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as normal. If severe weather or lightning is expected, you can reschedule the day of your booking. Reschedule dates are based on availability.

What areas do you serve?

For weddings, retreats, and large celebrations we operate on the entire west coast from British Columbia to San Diego.

For small backyard events, most of Central Oregon.
